FINART by Olooja Marketplace ART COLLECTING, REIMAGINED FOR AFRICA.

ONE ARTWORK.
MANY OWNERS.
EACH A REAL SHARE.
Owning a painting by a market-validated artist once required millions, the right relationships, and access to private auction rooms.
Fractional Ownership breaks a single artwork into shares, so many investors each hold a real, documented stake in the same masterpiece.
Welcome to FinArt. Where culture meets capital.
HOW THE MODEL WORKS
01 — THE ARTWORK
We don't list everything. We vet everything.
Each work is sourced from established, auction-validated Nigerian & African masters, independently appraised, authenticated, stored in museum-grade storage, fully insured, and professionally managed. Think: Ben Enwonwu, Nurudeen Popoola, Bruce Onobrakpeya, Ablade Glover, Njideka Akunyili Crosby, El Anatsui — and the next blue-chips we identify early.
02 — THE STRUCTURE
No confusion. Real legal ownership.
Each artwork sits in its own entity — an SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle). You are not buying a picture on the wall. You are buying a *legal share of the entity that owns the painting.* Your ownership is documented, registered, and transferable.
03 — YOUR SHARE
A proportional stake. Real returns.
If you own 5% of the entity, you own 5% of the artwork. When the work appreciates and is sold — at auction or private sale — proceeds flow to shareholders by stake, minus a transparent platform fee. No storage cost. No insurance headaches. Just ownership.
WHY NOW?
11.5%
Contemporary art's average annual return from 1995 to 2023.
The S&P 500 returned 9.6% over the same 28 years.
Art quietly outperformed — and the only thing missing was access.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. For illustration only.
