Policy Details:
1. Custom Orders: All custom orders, including clothes printing and merchandise designs, are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted once the order is processed.
2. Personalized Products: Our products are tailored to meet individual customer specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for custom items.
3. Production Process: Once an order is placed, production begins immediately. Canceling or modifying an order may not be possible after production has started.
