Job Description:

As a Professional Chef, you'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests

- Managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety

- Collaborating with our culinary team to develop new menus and recipes

- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety

- Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a professional chef in a reputable establishment

- Strong culinary skills, with expertise in Nigerian and international cuisine

- Excellent kitchen management and leadership skills

- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and safety

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
